The team was professional, warm, and gracious, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Elise fully understood our vision and ensured we had everything we wanted. Although our menu changed completely from the original plan, Elise and her team were incredibly adaptable. Elise also provided invaluable assistance with last-minute venue walkthroughs and resolving alcohol permit issues. Their meticulous attention to detail was evident in both the beautiful presentation and excellent service. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the shrimp and grits appetizer! We are truly grateful to Elliott's Catering for helping make our event so special. It was an absolute pleasure working with such an exceptional team.

Calling it just cheesecake would be like comparing a child’s doodle to the Mona Lisa. It was incredibly delicate and smooth, with a texture similar to fine French cheese, beautifully finished with a berry coulis. Coordinating the serving and most of the clearing before our keynote speaker started was essential for the event. Working with Chef Mark Elliott was a delight; his passion for creating an outstanding experience truly shines through.
