**The Daily Bread: From Neighborhood Staple to Mixed Reviews**
The Daily Bread in Pinecrest, a beloved Mediterranean eatery, currently faces challenges as both food quality and service have reportedly declined. Patrons express frustration over inattentive staff, unreasonable charges for condiments, and inconsistencies in portion sizes. Despite these issues, some visitors still rave about the fresh ingredients, delightful flavors, and the vibrant marketplace atmosphere. While many appreciate the delicious shawarma sandwiches and vegetarian options, others lament the decrease in cleanliness and overall dining experience. With numerous Mediterranean alternatives available, diners are reconsidering where to spend their hard-earned money, leaving the restaurant's future uncertain.

The food here is always, consistently excellent, easy on the stomach satisfying and worth every penny.
The best food in Miami, they have a fresh food (pita bread always is delicious and hot). My baby is 3 years old and she loves this restaurant.
Always great food. They warm up the gyro meat in a microwave, but tastes good. Usually nice kids behind the counter, who are even nicer when the owner is working the register.

I not one to write reviews, but this place really left me disappointed. I ordered food on uber eats and the food was very tasteless and bland. We ordered two sides of fries and they were the soggiest fries I ever had in my entire life. Don?t even get me started on the gyro, it tasted very nasty. The chicken platter was not good at all, the rice was very moist and sticky. I wouldn?t eat their food again, even if it was given for free. There?s nothing sadder than spending money on food you didn?t like. Keep that in mind.
Whenever we have the chance, we love to stop by Daily Bread for some fresh, hot Lebanese food! I've been visiting Daily Bread for over 50 years—my grandmother first took me there when I was a kid to grab some hot, fresh pita bread. You can still enjoy that same experience today. It never disappoints!
I was initially uncertain about dining here because of some reviews, but I'm really glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious. My family had been craving Mediterranean cuisine, and it did not disappoint! While the prices are a bit on the higher side, isn't that the case everywhere these days? The quality of the fresh food definitely makes it worth it! Nick was incredibly kind, and the staff worked really hard. The place was very clean, the food was fantastic, and the dessert tasted homemade! It was superb!
This place is great when I want to get my Mediterranean Food Fix. The Greek fries are delicious and my go to is the gyro sandwich. Ive had the stuff grape leaves and they're pretty good. He desserts are OK but the hummus is a have to get.

Incredible Mediterranean cuisine! This is my go-to place for traditional shawarma platters. Each platter comes with rice and two sides, which is fantastic since most places don't include rice. They also serve fresh, whole pita bread. The food is consistently high quality and fresh. I highly, highly recommend it!
This is a lovely restaurant with plenty of vegetarian options. However, during my last visit, the food wasn't very flavorful. On the bright side, the customer service is always excellent. I also purchased some baklava dessert boxes as Christmas gifts.
The food here is excellent and very fresh. The quality of the kibbeh seems to be superior compared to the one at 2400 SW 27th St.—perhaps they use a different type of oil for frying. If you're a fan of Mediterranean cuisine, you definitely need to check out this restaurant.
The Daily Bread offers a variety of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern cuisine that is healthy and flavorful. They offer different meat and veggie platters, salads, sandwiches, bowls, and sides where the food is composed right in front of you from the array of freshly prepared ingredients. I loved my shawarma sandwich, a mound of delicious meat wrapped in a soft and thin pita and filled with pickled cabbage and tzatziki. The stuffed cabbage platter comes with two sides and I highly recommend the roasted veggies. In addition, the Daily Bread is a marketplace with Middle Eastern groceries and freshly baked pastries and desserts that transports me to another world.
