As a Denver resident, it was my first time at Pine, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich along with potato salad, and both were excellent; I still can’t stop thinking about the dilly potato salad! The staff were friendly and attentive, and I really enjoyed the dog-themed artwork around the place. For vegetarians, they offer a homemade hemp burger (not sure if it's vegan) and some salads.

We found this a bit disappointing because we were hoping for a more extensive menu with greater variety (primarily burgers and sandwiches). A selection of comfort foods would have been more appealing to us. The burgers we ordered were very good, and I enjoyed my grilled chicken sandwich as well. The prices were average, although I did find the $17.99 charge for buffalo cauliflower, which was rather mediocre, to be a bit high. I recommend calling ahead to check on the daily menu to ensure the offerings align with your expectations. As for a return visit, we're still uncertain.
