Paneling on the walls are from the days of hand hewn wood. For being an old surprisingly really clean but I expected that. The food was great. I had the steak sandwich. View all feedback.
What Brecken Jackson doesn't like about Brandin' Iron Steakhouse:
Only issue was I asked for my steak to be medium and it was way over cooked and dry and they wouldn't remake it ? I've never had that before anywhere but besides that it was great all around especially the mashed potatoes ? View all feedback.
Cute little restaurant with a small convenience store attached. We actually just came for the ice cream, that darn sign out front got us haha. Good price and good ice cream on a hot day. The restaurant itself looks nice, I grew up in the area but still haven't eaten there. It's open two days a week, and prices are high, but for the location I suppose it's fair.
We love the Brandin Iron! We only make it up there once a summer to eat but I crave it all year long.
My husband and I both ordered the ribeye. Thinnest, toughest, driest piece of meat ever! So salty with seasoning you couldn’t eat it. Would have sent it back but the waitress never came back to check on us. No how is your dinner, no water refill, no do you need anything else. Quick to bring the check without even removing the plates or asking any questions. Save yourself $89 and don’t go here.

Excellent food, service, and a fun rustic atmosphere!
