The burgers are juicy and flavorful, expertly crafted and cooked to order. The only reason I'm not giving it a perfect five-star rating is that I really wish they offered fries! Chips just don't cut it for me. Additionally, I didn't notice a handwashing station, which is another reason for my deduction of a star.

I've always called ahead, but during my last few visits, I encountered a constant busy signal for about 20 minutes. The staff has generally been friendly, but the new young girl has been quite rude. I was informed that it takes 25 minutes to cook a burger. I miss the friendly service I used to get. They really need to fix their phone system.
