Their distractions re... read more I’ve had three unfortunate experiences with the turkey panini at this restaurant, all due to the staff’s ongoing chatter with one another. Their distractions resulted in my orders being mixed up. Twice, I drove home only to discover that my sandwich was wrong—once it had roast beef instead of turkey, and the second time, they added ham. Now, I always make a point to check my food before leaving. Unfortunately, on my third visit, they messed up my order again, but I managed to catch it before I left. I really shouldn’t have to double-check the person making my sandwich, but it feels like I do.

With her brownish-blonde hair, she’s one of the best fuel attendants aro... read more I usually stop at this Wawa just for gas, but one attendant, Jocelyn, truly stands out. With her brownish-blonde hair, she’s one of the best fuel attendants around! Whenever I’ve had app issues while fueling, she’s always been incredibly patient and friendly. She even takes the extra step to clean my windows whenever possible. Jocelyn consistently provides excellent customer service to everyone, every time! I believe she would be ideal for training others on what outstanding customer service looks like.

The regular coffee on the menu tastes watered down, and despite bringing this to management’s attention, there has been no improvement in over four months. I visited again today hoping for changes, but sadly, nothing has gotten better. The store was in complete disarray, so I left without buying anything. My fondness for Wawa has noticeably diminished. It used to be one of my favorite places, but now it feels like we’ve grown apart. I haven’t been to Wawa in months, which is truly disappointing.
