My boyfriend and I ordered tonight craving papa johns in the snow storm! We expected a longer delivery given the weather but the food came superrrr hot and in about 30 minutes! Ignorant people work their serve undercooked pizza don’t take responsibility for it tried saying they don’t have a delivery driver. They wanted us to come back and get it but the Pizza magically appeared at my View all feedback.
This establishment does not respond to customer concerns. Be sure your delivery will arrive at least 30 minutes after the promised delivery date

This pine hill location should be completely shut down. I received the wrong order and somebody else got mines. I couldn't get through to the store it kept getting the answering machine and when I did get through I explained there was a mix up and was rudely hung up on. I will never order from here again. The manager was very ignorant and I don't usually do reviews but this had to be done they all should be terminated and the food was just left outside didn't even knock the only reason I knew it was here was because it said delivered when I went online I don't even know how long it was sitting out there. If the person would have knocked I would've been able to let them know they gave me the wrong order. They are very disrespectful and will be reporting them. DONT EVER ORDER FROM HERE THEY ARE TERRIBLE
