It was five minutes to closing when my daughter and I stopped by for a sandwich after bible study. Travis met us at the door and welcomed us in. We apologized for delaying his closing but he put us at ease and happily made our order. The customer servicedisplayed was impeccable. Thank you again Travis for being so kind and nice. What Bridgette Tate doesn't like about Subway:
It's very hot in that store. Flies flying over the food and the owners are very rude to their employees. The employees are very friendly but the owners need to do better.. This don't make no sense. View all feedback.
I asked the lady for extra meat..she said there is already extra meat on there. I said I would more extra meat..she said is you go pay for it?? Duhhh I 'm going to pay for it. I can 't just walk out of here with my food untill you give it to me... Shehad a nasty attitude. I will not be going back
My sister, a cousin, and I dined at the Subway in Pine Bluff after visiting another cousin and his wife at their beautiful home in the city. The staff at Subway was friendly and very helpful, and the food was fresh and delicious! I generally enjoy all of Subway's sandwiches except for the tuna and meatball, but my new favorite is definitely the chicken rotisserie sandwich. Oh my gosh, it is so delicious! You all should definitely try it if you get the chance; I think you'll love it as much as I do!
My daughter and I visited for a sandwich just five minutes before closing time after our Bible study. Travis greeted us at the door with a warm welcome. We felt bad for arriving so close to closing, but he reassured us and happily prepared our order. The level of customer service we experienced was outstanding. Thank you once again, Travis, for your kindness and friendliness!
The temperature inside the restaurant is extremely high, and there are flies buzzing around the food. While the employees are friendly, the owners treat them very rudely. There is definitely room for improvement on the owners’ part. This situation is quite frustrating.
By far my favorite subway in town ????
