I've visited this Subway a few times, and each experience has made me very happy! While they do serve delicious food, what stands out to me is their excellent customer service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. The staff are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend it—10/10! Great experience! the person that made my sandwich was quick and friendly. She even asked me how it is that this enough sose they want more is okay. I know this doesn't look so much, but it means a lot. the sweet was fresh and ready to go. very good service!
Clean restaurant, fresh food, friendly customer service.
They closed early. We showed up at 8:52p and they close at 9. Doors locked and mouthed to me, “we’re closed.” It’s fast food. Doesn’t take minutes to make a sandwich. If you close at 9 you don’t take another customer at 9! Not before! I’m sure they will expect to be paid as if they worked past 9. They are walking out the door by then!
Closed early! Saturday evening July 31st they closed before posted closing time. We got there at 8:52. Who knows how long the door was locked. They think that closing at 9 means the employees leave at closing time. Everything was shut off and cleaned. They mouthed to me “we’re closed” as their sign said 9p. This was the 2nd Subway we went to. The first one closed at 8. Finally found a 24hr inside of a Loves. Third time’s a charm.
Store : 12655-0I came here yesterday (07/22/21) for the first time in over 10 years and ordered what I thought was a turkey club sandwich which should 've included turkey and bacon. I didn 't want bacon, and opted to substitute with turkey. So in few words... I built my own sandwich and it didn 't matter price as I was indeed building to my suit. Today, I went back because of the professional experience yesterday, but that was a mistake. The owner (I 'm guessing) took my order, and when I started to build my sandwich like I had previously done, he was short tempered with no people skills. I asked if he would let the young lady build since she was the one that did it on the day before. He snapped in response NO! I 'll do it. He then said, It 's not a club sandwich you want if you 're asking not to include bacon. I then said, Ok well will you just add more turkey? He never responded in concern of me being a purchasing customer. I immediately paid for my daughter 's and my food and complimented the young lady on her professionalism on the day before. He never acknowledged the positive feedback for his emoloyee. The owner is completely disconnected from his customers and has no good customer service skills. I bypassed many Subways to come here. Needless to say, I won 't be back.
