I ordered a rice and two meat combo, but the staff member started filling my container with noodles and one meat. When I clarified that I wanted rice and not no... read more I ordered a rice and two meat combo, but the staff member started filling my container with noodles and one meat. When I clarified that I wanted rice and not noodles, she simply pointed at the noodles and mumbled something. I then took the display container from the counter that showed the prices and pointed out where it said "rice and 2 meats." After that, I specified my second meat choice, but she just squeezed what was left in the container. I patiently explained again that I wanted rice and two meats, but she only asked if I wanted to eat in or take it away. By this point, I was pretty frustrated and decided to eat somewhere else. While I don’t have particularly high expectations for fast food, I do believe that being able to listen to a simple order is a basic requirement in customer service. On a positive note, my snack pack from the winery was delicious.
