Tucked into a strip mall in Pilot Mountain, this Subway serves crisp vegetables, beloved breads, sweet onion chicken and fresh-baked cookies, with fast, generally friendly staff—sometimes led by long-time, cheerful team members. Value and experience vary: orders are quick but occasionally inaccurate or missing sauces, and there have been hygiene and policy concerns (no coupon acceptance). Breakfast is available but egg whites are not, and there’s no drive-thru. Best for a speedy, familiar sub if you inspect your order.

The owner, Bhavesh, does not accept coupons, which sets this Subway apart from every other one I've visited. After getting $45 worth of subs prepared, I was informed that coupons are not accepted, and he didn’t even take the time to review my coupon. If I wanted to spend that much on food, I would have chosen a different restaurant rather than Subway.
The oven is never working and they haven’t accepted coupons in a very long time.
Revisited this place a few days ago. Love this particular subway the most. I feel bad saying old lady cause I 'm terrible with names but she worked here when I was in high school 15 years ago and I loved seeing her then, and she 's the same cheerful loving woman now.
Too busy slow
It's not worth what you pay for it !! I have had something wrong with my order the past three times that I have ordered at this restaurant. I even tried ordering through the app and the food was worse. The spinach looked wilted, and I was missing some items off of my sub.
