Taco Bell - Pigeon Forge

Was rushed out of drive thru and forced to come inside to order was here on Sunday April 21st 2024 at 3 pm was trying to read the drive thru menu as the lady proceeded to tell us just come inside rushing us and forcing us out of the drive thru we also said we didn't want to come in and she never responded back we sat for.like 10 mins

We got exactly what we ordered and had friendly service while we were there.

This is the most unprofessional Taco Bell I have been to I mean they have no type of customer service I went to pick up an Uber eat order I had 2 the manger in the overnight is nasty rude and the young man in back can said he can’t give out the manger name no one have name tags everyone got EarPods in they hear waited at the window for over 10 minutes this is sad and as a company u guys have to have better customer service this crazy I will never come here to eat nor pick up an order I will never want to eat from a place where every have bad attitudes and the manger Pedro that’s what he said his name was and I know he was lying I’m never ever coming back here and he going to tell me if I have a problem with going back around after I’m already the window that I can go to the higher up if u guys have manger like this your business will fall down

We ordered 4 combos that were supposed to include cinnamon twists. We received only one order of the twists.

The worst franchise ever in history. Lived here for many years and this taco bell is the worst franchise I've ever seen. Definitely poor
