Overall, my experience was positive. The selection of food was different from what we anticipated, but the quality was good. The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Rachel, who was truly wonderful! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dollywood's Dreammore Resort:
"I typically leave a 20% tip, but this time I only managed 18%. The service was slower than usual, as it took a long time to get our second round of drinks, and my tea was warm enough that the ice melted almost instantly. The food was good, but we arrived at 5 PM and the restaurant was already out of fried chicken, which was disappointing. We've been coming here for years, and it feels like things have changed. We would love to make it for brunch sometime. We appreciate the buy-one-get-one-free offer, but I still ended up spending $52.".
We had an early reservation so we were seated quickly and got to the Sunday evening buffet right away. Everything was very good and freshly prepared and there was a lot to choose from. The servers and staff were very attentive and patient with our two young children. It was a convenient way for us to have a nice meal without leaving the resort.
The ambiance, food, and service were impeccable. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back again! Our server Shaq was awesome!
Not nearly as good as it has been in years past. Went for for dinner the night before and it seemed like the location was having trouble keeping the stations full. The good quality was below the past and service, especially the host stand, was nearly rude … not Dollywood level Southern Hospitality. We will be back at DreamMoore jn December, but will like skip Song and Hearth, which is unfortunate since it was one of our favorites when at Dollywood. I always valued how much different Dollywood was than Disney by maintaining high standards. I hope this iis not a sign that Dollywood is moving in a negative direction with their products and services, like Disney World.
The Sunday brunch at the Song and Hearth is wonderful. They have a large selection of different foods to choose from and everything is delicious. We especially liked the omelette station. The service is top notch and the restaurant is decorated beautifully. Everyone we encountered was pleasant, helpful and eager to please. We eat here every time we visit Dollywood and highly recommend it.
Friday night buffet, salads on the menu weren't put out, but our waiter went to the kitchen and got them made for me. Some food was out a while, not fresh. Servers in the pasta area were not very friendly, didn't want to be bothered it seemed like. Pretty restaurant, our waiter was good, desserts were great, but $40 for mediocre food, not worth it.
