We had never dined at Krystal before. We were with our son and his family, looking for a quick lunch option. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. We would definitely return if we were in the area again. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Krystal:
This restaurant has incredibly poor service. The nighttime staff show no respect for their work and only seem to care about their phones. The food is consistently cooked at the wrong temperature, even after multiple returns. The overall experience is terrible. I told them we wanted our sandwiches, but they put mayo and pickle on them.
This Krystal gets a solid 2 from me. A two because the staff was friendly, and we all (6 of us) got a good laugh at how horrible the food was. Plus, I’m sure we’ll talk about this experience for years to come.The quality of this food might be more appropriate at 2am after a long night of drinking. Lunch, dinner or snack? Wendy's m h sister needs to go on somewhere.. I dont know what it was made of... it didn't look like beef, pork, or turkey.. worst of all it definitely didn't taste like any of them. I was left completely unsatisfied. Never go here
Not good at all. The chix were hard, the fries were cold, the chili cheese pups were just thrown together and they put all the pups in one container and they were for different people. We ordered 2 separate 5 for $7.49 deals.
