La Pausa use meat and cheese from their own farm to create wonderful dishes. We went on the recommendation of our B&B and we're not disappointed. The staff of two) were friendly and attentive. Definitely, a return visit will be a must when in this part of the world again. View all feedback.
You must visit this wonderful gem. Very friendly and helpful service, great food and well presented would definitely go again!! The Antipasto was absolutely great, together with the Pasta and Gnocchi. Highly recommended.
Will keep coming and coming here again! Amazing homemade healthy food in Cadore. Service is fast and attentive. Outside a lovely view and paths

I go to la pausa quite often. The food is great! Meat dishes are absolutely delicious, the environment warm and fuzzy. Cheese is great too. You won't wait long for your food. Personnelare all kibd, smiling and welcoming. The wooden cozy restaurant is located in a green isolated hill (400m from tge village centre) where you can enjoy absolute peace and silence and quite a sight too I will definitely keep giing there!
At Antelao, Marmarole and Sorapiss feet lies La Pausa. An Agriturismo led by Nicola da Forno and Federica Invidia. Federica is a famous local downshifter (have a look at Meridiani Montagne May 2013) who I had the luck to get to know many years ago while she was a talented architect. La Pausa is a brand new little welcoming refuge from the mountain trekking around the still pristine eastern Dolomites. After discovering the surroundings and spending a night in one of Pozzale (Tai di Cadore) B&B I gifted me and my friends with a big lunch at la Pausa. Food is freshly cooked and cheeses come from their cows and goats that you can watch chewing the green grass around them.I 'll be back for sure!
