As someone who has worked as a waitress before, I know what a busy restaurant looks like. It took a long time for us to order drinks, with one even being served in a dirty glass. Ordering our food was also delayed. We ended up ordering too much Calamari, with the portions being uneven. The Bratbeef dish came with only two small pieces of meat.
