I would not think to m... read more We waited over an hour for food, customers that came in after us got food and out the door before we even got ours and then it was wrong. I would not think to much but this is the third time this has happened. Maybe if managers kicked in and helped rather then smoking all the time. I know help is tuff to find these days so maybe Owner's should be there. I rarely complain but 6 years of coming here and since new ownership the service is so so bad. I have not mentioned ticket screw ups, or lost tickets in the kitchen. Not sure if we will be back and we came often. Kara we can in between 1 and 2 pm, I appreciate your response, your Mgr Nichole gave us 25% off however we sat there for over an hour before anyone even acknowledged that our food had still not come out. I know another couple came in and sat for 15 min before they got a server. I could understand if they where busy but it wasn't. We appreciate the 25% off and do appreciate your response, we have alwaysed loved Gubbyz. 4/14/2023 I would like to add to this review, I have to say we did come back last night and we were greeted by the owner with concern and appreciation, can not tell you how much we appreciated their response, this speaks volumes for them and Grubbyz, I do understand things can go wrong, I have been a waitress many times. We love coming here not just for the food but we love the people who work here. I have gained respect for the Owner's as well as the staff. Thank You for all you do, you are appreciated and loved. Couldn't believe how simple, yet amazingly delicious the food was. Fried Pickles were absolutley stellar as well! A must try, friendly people and geat food!! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
