Mcdonald's - Fort Collins

The person who took my order was extremely impolite. They kept insisting that I order a meal for three people. Half of my food was missing and I had to go back through the drive-thru. I recommend going somewhere else. This happened at 11:25 on May 13th.

I don't know that eating was not hot that the riders never get hot the services ok though

Now the only reason this McDonald's is getting one star. Is when I went through drive-thru they had forgotten four items. I had to go into the McDonald's. The gentleman working was rude. I told him what my order was then he asked for my receipt. I told him I didn't get it at the window. Then he asked what my order was. Again I told him. And one of the items was a drink and he slammed a cup down and said I could go fill the drink myself. Now I know we do simple mistakes, but you do not have to mistreat people because of how they're dressed or what their ethnic race is. I go to this McDonald's every single morning on the way to work. I've been going there for 7 years. This is not my first time at this McDonald's. So it is completely unacceptable that a worker treat somebody because they look dirty after work and their shirt might have a couple holes in it. Maybe he should learn not to judge a book by its cover.

The kiosk suggested an option for them to bring to the today for me. Table 101. But the chubby guy at the front (Mexican young guy) didn't. Maybe he's busy maybe he's lazy. But to me he didn't fulfill the McDonald standard. So that's a 2/5.

The fries were not fresh and they were large. The only way to get fresh fries is to request them without salt.
