Was User at Cortado Restaurant Bar a mag?
I ordered a large vegan pizza for $29, and it was definitely worth it. It was filling and delicious, featuring roasted vegetables, spinach, and vegan cheese with fantastic flavors. I added some tomato sauce on top, which was a great decision. I'll definitely come back again! View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Cortado Restaurant Bar:
We discovered that there was only one vegan option available after we had already ordered our pizza, which they unfortunately didn't have vegan cheese for. This limited us to only being able to order the paella. Initially, the server was helpful in suggesting what could be made vegan, but due to a miscommunication, our order ended up being wrong. This was easily resolved, but when we informed her of the mistake, she... View all feedback.

The steak was perfectly cooked, but the side dishes lacked flavor. A bit more seasoning on the vegetables would be great. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I stopped by for a drink with two friends, and it took 30 minutes for our beer to arrive. When we inquired about our drinks, we were told they were extremely busy, but there were only three tables occupied in the restaurant, so it didn’t feel busy at all. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially since we've been coming here for years. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2.
Nestled in Picton, this restaurant offers a cozy dining experience with a mixed bag of reviews. While some patrons appreciate the friendly staff and fresh ingredients, others lament a limited menu and long wait times for food. Vegan options are scarce but well-made, with certain dishes proving satisfactory. The atmosphere is inviting, enhanced by pleasant service despite noticeable staffing shortages. Many enjoyed the garlic bread, mussels, and unique pizzas, while others found their meals average, with a few disappointed by the limited gluten-free choices. Overall, it’s a decent stop for casual dining but could benefit from improved efficiency.

Freezing evening in Picton. Went in, ordered a drink. No tables so was told I could stay at the bar. Then no I can’t stay at the bar as it is level 2 and there are no tables. I have to leave and am given my money back and have to wait on a bench in the cold to wait an hour for the ferry. You should be ashamed of yourselves ????????????
My Co-worker referred me to MRS. Catherine Morgan, FX She and her family spoke highly of her and said she was military friendly, so I decided to reach out to her. From our first interaction, I was very pleased. She was clearly very knowledgeable and seemed dedicated to her clients. Because it was my first time of my investing, I was anxious about the process, but MRS. Catherine Morgan, FX took the time to provide me with a virtual orientation that covered everything one would need to know to get started. I ended up investing with her with $2,000 because of the area I was looking to purchase in. MRS. Catherine Morgan, FX was also phenomenal and always checked on me and I'm now earning $20,000 USD weekly and always available anytime I have trivia questions. she always ensured that I felt comfortable through the entire process and made it enjoyable! I highly recommend this realty company! Email: [hidden email]
I ordered a dish and paid for it. I waited for more than an hour and when I asked for my order they said that they don’t have that menu available. I waited there for more than an hour and they didn’t mind about the waiting. I do not recommend this place.

The restaurant seemed to have only one waitress and one bartender on duty. The waitress who greeted us was very pleasant, but it was clear she was overwhelmed. After being seated, we discovered that several items on the menu were unavailable, though fortunately, we didn't plan to order any of those. However, after looking over the menu a bit longer, we were informed that it would take at least an hour to receive our food. The restaurant was only about half full, with most customers already served. We were a bit puzzled by the wait time and, not wanting to wait over an hour for our meals, decided to try another place. The waitress was lovely, and it seemed like they were experiencing a staffing shortage. Given our experience and the fact that we ended up leaving, I have to rate it two stars.
We visited this place and ordered the margarita pizza along with some beer, and it was absolutely delicious! They also offer free WiFi, which is a nice bonus. It's a fantastic spot to stop by before or after your trip to the South Island.
The food here is incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. I enjoyed the garlic and herb pizza, beer-battered blue cod, and the dulce de leche brûlée. I would definitely return!
Extremely good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!great service!!!!!!!!!!the food is super fresh!!!!!!!deliciosa!!!!!!!
Came in hungry after a full day of wine tasting. Wanted something savory and went with garlic bread and mussels for starter, very satisfying. Had beef cheek which was more like a stew, very juicy and tender. Winter vegetable side was a bit disappointing, mostly potatoes.

Fresh and perfect wood fire Malborough sea food pizza. I enjoyed the food and the taste which is perfect and unique. The salmon on the top of pizza is so fresh as it looks. You need to wait for the food for a bit time (sometime longer as it is fresh make and busy) but it's really worth. The customer service is really good. And they are some outdoor seats to enjoy the harbour view and keep your pet. There is a cafe and bar itself. The price is moderate. If you love seafood pizza. Try out this restaurant on in picton
We only stayed in Picton for a brief overnight visit after arriving on the ferry from Wellington, and left early the next day. Cortado was recommended to us by a local resident, and it certainly lived up to the recommendation. The service was quick and efficient, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. We ordered a pizza, which was quite good—solid compared to many we’ve had in other countries. We noticed other diners ordering the beef and chips served on a hot stone, which looked fantastic, and there were no leftovers at those tables. If we ever return, we would definitely be tempted to try that. Overall, it was a very welcoming place to have dinner.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Cortado yesterday evening. The service was friendly and helpful, especially with checking for my dietary intolerances. We treated the menu like a tapas menu, and ordered several small bites. They were all delicious cooked to perfection and beautifully presented so that our meal was a feast for our eyes, as well as our taste buds. it was reasonably priced for the quality of the food.
The food was delicious and very affordable. We had the fish and chips followed by a pizza. After a long day of traveling, stopping in here felt incredibly comforting. The staff were absolutely fantastic—super friendly and made our lunch experience so enjoyable that we decided to return for dinner.
We enjoyed our dinner. Wasn't busy. Food arrived very quickly. Was delicious. Pizza was spot on. Just wasn't sure about my dessert. The creme brulee didn't look set.

I've been here for lunch a few times, and they are knowledgeable about celiac disease. They informed me that the fried items are not gluten-free, so I couldn't have the patatas. I inquired about freezing options, but that was a definite no. There are plenty of choices on the menu. I typically order the crispy shrimp and garlic mussels, which are delicious. They also mentioned that pizza can be made gluten-free. The cider and wine selection is good too!
The entire staff recently completed allergy training and were more than willing to customize meals and ingredients to accommodate my various allergies. They even used tinfoil on the breadboards for gluten-free options for those with celiac disease. The staff was incredibly friendly!
All the staff had recently undergone allergy training. They were happy to mix meals\ingredients for my various allergies. They put tinfoil on the bread boards for coeliac gluten free. Super friendly staff
Ive been here for lunch a few times. They are aware of celiac and advise that the fryer is not GF so cant have patatas. I did ask if they would pan fry, but was pretty much a no. Theres a good amount of option to choose from. I usually have the bubbling prawns and garlic mussels. They say pizza can be made GF also. Cider and wine is good ;

Has broken avocado on brot, that was nice, but that was the only vegan option on their breakfast menu. the personal was very friendly and offered a few not diary milk.
We waited 40 mins, when my lunch arrived it was a soft taco with some coleslaw and two bits of eggplant. Very small, bland, and cost $9.50. The pizzas looked good but they were quite large and very expensive.

There are limited vegan options in Picton, so I really appreciated the pizza.
$22 for a small veggie pizza (contains $4 extra for vegan cheese) a little steep, but it was decent enough and doesn't look like there's a lot more to choose in picton! my omni partner also had something and thought it was nice enough, but he eats quite everything!
