This CBTL location has the kindest and most wonderful staff! Although they may be masked for now, you can still see their warmth in their eyes when they give you their attention. Just look at the lovely note I received with my delicious hot matcha today! View all feedback.

What User dislikes about The Coffee Bean:
If it were possible to give this restaurant zero stars, I certainly would. I had a terrible experience on Saturday. I ordered a large dark chocolate iced latte, but they gave me a medium instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee just swapped the cup and added extra ice to fill it up. I then asked her to remove the extra ice, but she ended up taking out all the ice, leaving me with watered-down coffee. I w... View all feedback.

I went through the drive thrue, I parked to make sure I had my complete order, I was missing two sandwich when I went in and I told the cashier she made sure she had given it to me, I took her the bag and indeed the two loaves were missing but she told me She said that she had given them to me, and I told her I'm not going to steal two sandwich of bread? and she told me what you want me to do I gave them to you and we don't have any more with a terrible attitude I told her don't talk to me so I'm not talking bad to you, she called her manager and they gave me the two sandwich , the truth is I would never return to that place

This happened at the drive-thru, and I wish I had noticed the issue sooner because when I finally tasted it, it was really unpleasant.

Julie, Jasmine, and the team are consistently outstanding. This CB location is always clean, welcoming, and conveniently open during the early morning hours thanks to the drive-thru. I’m looking forward to studying inside this location once the pandemic is over. *UPDATE* The team here is undoubtedly the best Coffee Bean team I’ve had the pleasure of ordering from. You all are fantastic! The interior is also very clean!

I love this place but they always get the order or form of payment wrong when I go. I always have to ask them to change something or re-do my transaction. I always ask to make sure they have the drink I intend to get and even though they say they have it, they give me something different.

They have a very super chilled type of attitude. I feel that their customers service doesn't take a priority. There's been a couple of time. That I have came into this location. Always something crazy going on there. Yes I know I might sound hilariously dramatic right now. But true story either there out pastries and at time certain drinks as well. Or just playing crazy very chilled IDGF type employees running the store. Its cool I suppose. N another thing idk if they get a kicked of customers reactions as a sport.

We love getting our coffee and hot chocolate from Coffee Bean. Their pastries and food items are great too! My absolute favorite is their iced matcha green tea latte – it’s so delicious.

Consistently clean and welcoming, this restaurant features a spacious layout with ample seating. They ensure that tables are sanitized between guests.

When I went their app scanner was down was disappointed. Their turkey pesto sandwich though, was yummy. I like their vanilla lattes.

This place used to be my favorite before 10/2021. I moved. Seems like the customer service has gone down the hill. There is not a person to greet you or take your order when you come. Only if there's a line because they are already there and helping someone. If you are the first, you either have to wait a while or get their attention. If you get their attention they get snippy and have an attitude so beware. There were out of a lot of things so I wasn't able to order a drink while I was freezing. I asked the employee why it was so cold and she said she didn't know. I asked other people if it was freezing to them too and they said yes. At this point I didn't bother asking for a manager because clearly a good manager would be aware and fix all these things. I am generous giving two stars because it used to be a good place to come.
