Mr Pepe's #3 - Pico Rivera

You have really good tacos. The amount of meat they serve is abundant. Love the Asada and al Pastor Tacos that are my favorites and the sauce green and red both have a small kick.

My first time here and I have to admit that the food was served well. I had an experience with a warm motherhouse style of CALDO DE RES. Warm flour tortillas and slices and fresh cut white onion with Cilantro and some red Mex rice and Yummy!!!! Oh, and they even made me some Chile's torrreados. Needs some more plumbing and lighting, but that's all. Maybe next time they get the fifth star I love to give where deserves. Thanks ANTONIETTA for the invitation to MR. Pepes. I was looking for a restaurant for my family and I and I found Pepes and I must say I have no regret that the food here is quite a bomb and the nice service here seems to be all clean.

I've been going here for a couple of years since it's near my place and the food is pretty good. I usually get the DUI which comes with stake and pastrami cut on top of chili cheese fries. Occasionally the stake comes to chewy but when ordering just ask then to make it crispy. There burgers are good. Classic like a burger should be.
