What User doesn't like about La Minerva:
First time visiting. Decor, presentation, service...all on point and great! So why 3 stars?! ?? At the end of the day food is king...and the proof is in the pudding. As for my taste, the taste and seasoning fell short. To be fair, we ordered three different dishes and to be honest two fell flat. The food here is fantastic, especially the tortas ahogadas—they're the best! I highly recommend visiting this place.
I absolutely adore their service and delicious food. I'm especially fond of their carne en su jugo dish, served with handmade tortillas! So tasty!
It was a fantastic restaurant with an excellent variety of traditional Mexican dishes, as well as a nice selection of desserts.
Good food, kids had fun and loved the music, well go back soon
