I've been here many times but never left a review. I'm from out of town and each time I've been here I've had a great experience. During my latest visit, 8/2/2024, the tacos were served generously, as you can see in the image I uploaded, they're full of meat. Although it was a long wait since I visited at 7pm, it was worth the wait. View all feedback.
What Steve Alta doesn't like about King Taco:
It is what it is... A well-known place to get tacos without worrying about hygiene. That being said... Line is always long, parking is full, and food taste seems off to me lately. I'm not sure why. Other locations seem to lack flavor as well. View all feedback.
Poor service only one register open and 20 people in line observed. Also, the people are very slow workers. Unbelievable always over an hour waiting on food.
I want to say their tacos got smaller since the last time we were there, but they are still good.
The salsa policy is the worst part of King Taco. They have an amazing salsa, but treat it like it’s made out of God’s blood. 1 small little salsa pack for two sopes is outrageous and diminishes the eating experience. Especially given the higher than average price for Mexican food. It’s sad, I love this place, love their story, the food and general environment of so many of their stores but there are now much better places without this need to gouge customers an extra 99 cents for an extra salsa. This might be my last time here.
Poor quality food, not the same as before, and small burritos for the price
Well, I had to wait 1 hour and a half for 10 tacos. Good thing, it was worth it because the food is delicious but very, very slow.
