Jamba - Pico Rivera
Jamba
Description
At Jamba Juice, customer experiences vary widely, with many patrons expressing frustration over frequent stock shortages and inconsistent service. Popular items like strawberries often seem elusive, leading to disappointment among loyal customers. Complaints about the cash-only policy due to a malfunctioning credit card machine and unwelcoming staff members only add to the dissatisfaction. However, amidst these issues, some guests rave about their smoothies, particularly the matcha green tea blast, and appreciate the friendly service when it shines through. Overall, while the inventive smoothies are a highlight, operational shortcomings hinder the potential for a consistently enjoyable experience.

I don't know what happened but it was bad the last time I went they had ran out of almost everything people would come they wouldn't greet anyone just stay mute someone ended up leaving because they weren't acknowledged not even a hello or I'll be right with you.
Great smoothie Great service Straws are too narrow.Needs larger diameter straws for the pieces of fruit to not get stuck in the straw.(This is why some places that serve smoothies use those straws that have twice the diameter of normal straws)
Everytime I go there’s always an item that’s not on stock I literally have to drive to Montebello to get my strawberry bowl because they never have strawberries. It’s sincerely annoying it’s like the manger does not know how to order the right amount of food. My friends complain about the same issue. Then there credit credit card machine seems to be always broken it’s always cash only. Tired of this place
The staff at this restaurant are consistently rude. It's the closest Jamba Juice to my home, so I’ve been several times. During my latest visit, my husband was ordering when the cashier repeatedly rolled her eyes, which was very unprofessional. On my first visit, I asked if they could accommodate my lactose intolerance by removing the yogurt and substituting dairy-free milk, but they couldn’t. They also often run low on ingredients, frequently suggesting alternatives for our orders. Once, they even recommended swapping an item due to these shortages. My friends and I have also experienced rude behavior from the cashier, making the atmosphere uncomfortable. Overall, I won’t be coming back.
It's frustrating having to drive all the way there only to find they never have the items I like in stock. One week, I went three days in a row, and they still hadn't restocked strawberries. On top of that, the employee working there was rude, and the credit card machine is always malfunctioning.
