In-n-out Burger - Pico Rivera

The food is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is decent. This place is a Southern California tradition. While the drive-thru experience can be chaotic, the delicious food definitely makes it worthwhile.

I can’t believe this is happening now. I’m sure that if any of your employees ordered a large drink, they would be furious to find it only three-quarters full. This is really disappointing. The whole point of a drive-thru is to provide convenience for those who don’t want to go inside. Given how busy you already are, I expected at least the same level of service in the drive-thru as you get when dining in. I’m really let down.

Honestly, I'm not a fan of hamburgers from In-N-Out. I just can't find any flavor in them.

I always love the burgers but today that wasn’t the case. The burger was too salty and I couldn’t even enjoy it. I don’t know who was cooking but they put too much salt on the beef. I got food poisoning my first time trying In-N-Out and decided to give them another chance but after this I’m not going back anymore.

Line around the block every time but they're still fast and always pleasant
