A recent visit to the restaurant revealed significant issues that detracted from the overall dining experience. Numerous patrons reported unsatisfactory cleanliness, with dirty tables and a disorganized atmosphere throughout. While some food items, particularly the burgers, received praise for their taste, the quality of fries remained inconsistent. Staff professionalism came into question as some employees appeared inattentive. Despite the warm service from certain team members, such as the manager who was noted for her helpfulness, the prevailing conditions—including persistent water spills and a chaotic dining area—suggest a pressing need for improvement to attract returning customers.

The burger was excellent, but the fries were not as hot as promised. Rather than making a repeated trip around the building, I decided to take her home. I mention this because I've had a similar issue at this location in the past.
The food was excellent, and the manager, Katelyn, was incredibly friendly and helpful with her suggestions. She made it easy to make our choices, and she did an outstanding job.
Absolutely the most ranciful food I had everything was old and stale. they had so many flying that I couldn't even count them. also they had everywhere on the floors water and the place was the most dirty almost food place I saw. I would avoid this place simply to all cost
The boys wanted Wendy to join us for lunch, so I made sure they provided excellent service and fulfilled our order promptly.
I say I worked here and I'm disappointed. I ordered to eat today at 19 o'clock and the sandwichs were good, but the pommes were terrible. we put the job in the place where it is disgusting. the lobby was the worst thing I can see. the 2 people before us have not even recognized us. one of the people who wore sunglasses in the interior, I don’t know why he has to wear them in the interior, and he was also very unprofessional, especially to speak with his friend. and the person who commanded the drive thru was to eat nuggets before customers. the sandwich manufacturer was very nice. if dead or josh saw the district leaders when I was there, they would be very disappointed. wendys corporate, please look at this. tonight the load was a catastrophe and I think her drink machine needed to work. I hope you're all doing well at the place where I worked on jordan.
