Tim Hortons - Pickering

I have generally been happy with the service at this restaurant...until today. My 76-year-old mother went to purchase the 2-can-have breakfast special with a friend this morning, only for the cashier (an Indian lady) to insist she scan her phone for payment. My mother did not have the card with her, but has used it before without any issues. This is the second time this has happened with the same cashier. I am appalled by how this establishment treats their elderly customers.

If they want to wait 15 minutes in a drive through while the server explains whatever they try to explain the driver before me, then they go on and come here. worst experience of driving through a coffee. never come back here

Been to many Tim Hortons to know the service expected for the staff. This one is certainly an exception. Staff don't know how to handle complaints. Instead of hearing the concern and correcting it, pushing back to the customer. Try to avoid this location, unless you are ok with whatever mistake they make.

There are few tim hortons, where you can easily be cheated. while placing their order, the menu does not show the amount of their order. second overload and some time incorrect change returned. this place is one of them.

It is very cheap, hardly a cream cheese on my bagel, while before it was stuffed, do not add tomato although they have charged me for it
