The service at this restaurant is terrible. The woman answering the phones is rude and lacks basic manners when speaking to customers. It is consistently disappointing. It is puzzling why they decided to open a store if they can't act professionally. The atmosphere in the restaurant is chaotic. To make matters worse, she hung up the phone mid-conversation. I have visited this restaurant numerous times over the years. The food is excellent and always consistent. The service has always been outstanding, and today was no exception. Hanine was especially kind and helpful with our order. She consistently checked in on us and was incredibly attentive.
I went to this restaurant with my coworkers. The place was completely empty at 8:30 PM and we had to track down someone to take our order. However, the food arrived steaming hot and was satisfactory for the price. I particularly enjoyed their biryani, as it had a great flavor. I would definitely consider going back again.
The food at this restaurant is amazing. I absolutely love the curries and the paneer dishes! My only critique is that each person doesn't receive their own salad plate, and the service could be more attentive, especially considering the small number of customers. The wait for the food can be a bit long, but it is definitely worth it.
I was thrilled to discover a restaurant serving authentic Pakistani cuisine so conveniently located near Vaughan.
The lunch special was affordable, but the quality was lacking. The kabob was cold, the rice was lukewarm, and it was stuck together and burnt.
