Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

I always enjoyed the swiss chalet, but the last order was disappointing. the French pommes were old and you could say because they were soaked in fat. Some of them could not even be bite because they were so hard. that was delicious. the green beans were cold and the salate. we had delivered our order and the delivery person went on the wrong road and had the nerve to call us and was quite rude because we did not open the door!

Small part and not fresh* instead of asking people to fill out the formula, you fix the problem that I am not the first to report!

Customer service, worst service, so long waited and I was the only person in the line, I saw all the workers behind the window leaned and talked. After I have given up my order, I wait for my food for so long, then I came home and they forget to give me pommes with my combo. never back to this place!

I've tried a few Swiss Chalet locations in the Durham Region and found that this specific location consistently provides great customer service and good food. The staff is attentive and welcoming and my orders have always been served with care.
