The second visit was equally unsettling. As we began to place our order, we noticed an employee in the back glaring at my boyfriend. When he inquired about it, asking why he was being stared at, the staff member just played dumb and acted like they didn’t know what he was talking about. This behavior was incredibly unprofessional. We had hoped to give them another chance following our previous experience, but they only reinforced our impression of their poor customer service.

When he inquired about it, asking why he was being stared at, the staff feigned ignorance, asking, "Who?" This dismissive attitude only added to our discomfort. We had hoped to give this restaurant a second chance after our previous experience, but unfortunately, their poor customer service only confirmed our initial impressions.
I was looking forward to using the app coupons and paying in-store. However, after placing my order with the sandwich artist, I encountered issues redeeming the BOGO 50% off footlong sub deal. As a result, I had to place the order through the app instead. We ordered a chicken bacon peppercorn ranch on toasted cheese bread and a green goddess rotisserie chicken sub. While the rotisserie chicken was delicious, it wasn't overly seasoned. I do appreciate that they regularly update their menu with new options.
