We had a late dinner at Subway and ordered two foot-long subs. The staff member who made our subs was friendly and really seemed to take pride in their work, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that the online app didn’t have any deals or promotions available. There was a suggestion to come back later, but even the employee was unsure how to navigate the app or find any promotions. As a result, we ended up paying full price, which felt a bit pricey for just a sub, especially compared to other places where we usually find better deals or combo offers for similar prices. In my opinion, the app doesn’t appear very useful, except for collecting points. On a brighter note, the subs were well-prepared, and we both enjoyed our meal.
The man working was very rude, we were not provided a receipt, and for some reason our 1 flat bread and 1 salad (with no extra meat or cheese or any extras) came to over $37! We went to pay and he refused to take our $20 bill because it had a slight tear at the edge. We were able to pay with debit, but really should've just left without the food (tomatoes were old and mushy, and most ingredients that would normally be cut for a salad were just put in whole)Will never return to this subway again
On April 9th at 1:30 am, I had an excellent experience at this subway location. The staff member working was quick, friendly, and generous with the toppings. It's easily the best subway I've visited in a while, which is saying a lot since I usually go about three times a week! I didn’t catch his name unfortunately, but he’s really doing a fantastic job.
The sandwich artists are always cheerful and welcoming. The food is consistently prepared exactly as I request. I highly recommend this place.
