Spicy Dragon has been my go-to since highschool! Their lunch special is affordable and VERY worth it! Their location in Kennedy and Lawrence was the one near the school but both locations are as good as the other whichever one you order from. The food was very bad. Almost non edible. It was dry and tasted old. The C2. Chili Chicken was dry and overly salty. The R10. Manchurian Shrimp Chicken Fried Rice was hard and the chicken and shrimp were over cooked, the manchurian flavour was not mixed in properly either. Will not be getting Hakka from here again.
