My only complaint is that when I call their Pickering location to place a takeaway order, it's a long wait for them to pick the phone. I once called their Scarborough location to ask if the other phone was faulty. Last attempt I made multiple calls within half an hr and we decided to skip the plan as i was unable to place an order. The surprising fact is that they are not that busy for a week day evening ! If not for this, I wud hv given 5 stars

The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, the portions are generous, and the service is quick. I usually wouldn't give a five-star rating to this type of restaurant, but I have been ordering from Spicy Dragon for a few years and have never been disappointed. I recommend ordering take-out as the seating area in the restaurant is not very appealing, though it is acceptable.
