Tried the crispy chicken. So over cooked it was black and not crispy. Just tough.Very bad service. Food was sitting waiting to be bagged but nobody interested in doing it. Got the cold shoulder when I complained. Do not recommend. Also, forgot to prepare my drink! View all feedback.

Much lower standard compared to the other branches. The cold table vegetables are old. Maybe older than days. I took some photos of the pickle container to show how old this container is. The cold table has not been cleaned recently. I will never come back to this branch View all feedback.
The service was excellent and the food was amazing! I loved my first experience at this restaurant.
It's been a while since I've been to South St. Burger and I can't believe I've been denying myself all this goodness! I had their Angus Beef burger, topped with Swiss Cheese, Maple Bacon, and garnished with Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, Crispy Onions, Hot Peppers, and Garlic Mayo. It sounds like a lot but they have over 30 Free Toppings to choose from! Top it the way you want but mine was delicious! Oh yah, I also had Onion Rings, which were crispy and delicious!
Amazing service and super nice staff. The two gentlemen who prepared my burger today were super quick and did a fantastic job accommodating a busy restaurant.
Great burger place. I like that I can customize my burger with so many toppings for free. Also love their sauces.
Great place! Customize your own burger!! What can be better then that! They even have Dijon Mustard!! Order it on your burger just because! I did and do, it's great. Friendly staff and it's cooked/prepared before you. They even have options for different kinds of fries. Highly recommend!
