We have been coming to this restaurant for several years and have never been let down. The service is outstanding and the owner is very attentive, making sure all staff are well-trained. Today, I was served by Sejal and she was absolutely terrible! She called me a complicated customer and had a bad attitude. She was unable to reverse the full charge for medium lattes and refused to honor the coupon I had on my phone for $2.95 lattes on Wednesdays. Clean environment, friendly staff and yummy hot chocolate! I used to study here back in the day and it was the best spot to do so!

I was never a big fan of Second Cup, but I do like this one It is very friendly They serve coffee to stay in a mug.
This second cup is the worst I've been to. The owner and his wife are incredibly rude and disrespectful to not only customers but also their student employees. They constantly yell at the workers, causing some to cry. The drinks taste watered down, but the real issue is the behavior of the owners. It seems like they should have retired years ago as they ruin everyone else's day with their negative attitude.

After this negative experience with Sejal, we will not be returning.
