No having this available, I asked for the strongest coffee that was ready to go. Sadly, I could not hear what she had said through the speaker but I told her that was fine anyway. It was a very good coffee, hot with a blasting strong flavor. Almost got a good coffee buzz from it. Decent drive through reasonably quick.

Ever since the new owners took over, the hot chocolate tastes like warm milk and they want you to pay for extra flavour!... read more If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Ever since the new owners took over, the hot chocolate tastes like warm milk and they want you to pay for extra flavour! They prepare your beverages in half the amount of time it should take with half the effort and half the product. None of the old staff is there because they probably refused to compromise their work ethic and principles. They redeemed my reward beverage for a $1.50 kids sized hot chocolate for my son and charged me full price for my beverage and tried to tell me that the value of the reward beverage was the same as the value for my son's kids sized hot chocolate! Will not be going back here ever again. They are not doing the Second Cup brand name any favours and I would not be surprised if the business closes down within a matter of months.
