This time the pizza was excellent. There was a good amount of topping and the crust was baked the right amount. Much improved!

The owner Andrew knows us all by name, and everytime we visit it's a pleasant experience. In the 20 years we've been going here there have been very few mistakes with our orders. Anytime there was any issue, no questions asked, they'd fix the problem. Awesome customer service, awesome food, awesome place. Will continue to come here in the years to come

Howeve... read more Been ordering from this Pizza Nova location for a long time. Most of the time the pizza is very good and better quality than other franchise pizza shops. However, the last few times there have been issues. One time the pizza was burnt, the next they put pineapples instead of mushrooms on the pizza, and a third time the pizza was a medium when I ordered a large. Not sure if this location is under new management but these mistakes are becoming a consistent problem. Be careful when ordering here and check your order carefully when you get it. If all goes well, you should have a good, albeit slightly overpriced, pizza!
