Pizza Hut - Pickering

My daughter ordered pizza from Pizza Hat on Liverpool Rd and it was terrible. The pizza was extremely dry with a paper-thin crust, lack of toppings, and one slice even had hair on it. It was a busy day for my daughter so she decided to order takeout instead of cooking dinner, but the pizza was so bad that even the children refused to eat it. I wanted to return it and demand a refund, but I don't drive and my daughter couldn't drive me. I have attached a photo showing the poor quality of the pizza before it was thrown away. I suggest staying away from this place.

Usually order for delivery and meal is always delivered on time and is good. They usually have good promotions.

We decided on a large stuffed crust pizza, which arrived in about half an hour. However, when we opened the box and started to eat, it was immediately clear that the pizza was subpar. The thin crust couldn't hold any toppings, and the slices fell apart easily. It was practically raw and left me feeling frustrated. I tried to contact the restaurant, but no one answered, so I reached out to Pizza Hut customer service online. The response I received was unhelpful and unprofessional. They promised to send me a voucher in the mail but offered no refund or replacement pizza. A week later, I received four $5 vouchers in the mail, which didn't even cover the cost of my order. I was disappointed by the lack of apology and effort to make things right. Overall, I was left unsatisfied and will not be returning to Pizza Hut. I suggest looking elsewhere for a better dining experience.

A few months ago, we ordered pizza from this restaurant and it was absolutely terrible! I reached out to the store for a refund, but never received it. After contacting the main office, I was told that coupons were sent to me, which I never received. I was assured that a credit would be on file, but when I went to pick up my order, I was told there was no credit and was treated rudely by the employee. I decided not to pay for the order and will not be returning to this store. I contacted the main office to report the incident.
