I must make it clear that the owner is quite pleasant and efficient, however, she is a franchisee who neglects the Subway brand in favor of her own profit. Unlike other Subway locations where there are typically 2-3 employees working, this owner believes she can cut costs and maximize profits by operating with minimal staff. The service is consistently great with fast and friendly staff. I am always pleased with my 12" Turkey Sub.
I really liked the new menu items and variety of combos offered at Metro. It will definitely be a place I will return to. The prices were also very reasonable.

Additionally, the washroom is not kept clean as she seems to prioritize other tasks over cleanliness.
