The owner of this restaurant is exceptionally friendly and inviting. It's a great place for dining in. I've been to many Mr. Sub locations, but none can match the beautiful renovations of this one on Liverpool in Pickering. Every time I visit, I'm always assured of fresh food.
This is the only Mr. Sub I’ll go to, and I’ve been to quite a few. I used to live close by and found this location. The subs are always delicious, especially when the owner is the one making them—he's always so friendly. The restaurant is also remarkably clean. Even though I’ve moved away, I still make the trip whenever I have a craving for a sub.
The ambiance was clean and refreshing, with pleasant sunlight streaming in. However, the customer service was lacking. We weren’t greeted upon our arrival, and the staff seemed unfriendly and unprofessional. It was quite disappointing!
