I recently brought my family to try the amazing cuisine at Ma Yve's and we were all pleasantly surprised.

We went in on a Sunday evening at about 5pm not realizing they closed at 6pm. Yves (Yvette) took her time with us going through the menu, explaining everything and suggesting what we might like. We were there until well after 6:00pm and never did we feel rushed or unwelcome. We absolutely loved everything we ordered and Yves was so great with us, making us feel very welcome. While the food was incredible, Yves (Yvette)’S wonderful personality, friendliness and warm spirit will keep you coming back. It was truly the very best dining experience.

My first time trying Congolese food. Got the half chicken and beignets. The slightly tangy sauce from the tomato and peppers was a good mix with the charred smokiness on the grilled chicken. Definitely get beignets to end your meal if you come here. You will not regret it! Not too sweet just the right amount of savoury with good crunch and soft filling. Very kind people who took the time to explain to me over the phone what to expect with my dish even though they were busy. They did warn me that it would take a bit of time too, so I was totally cool with it. Ordered from Skip the Dishes. Good value for the amount of food and kind people. I will be back for more!
