Not to go place. Its not worth at all, the chicken was rubber, and fries cold. Pop was flat and too much ice
I ordered KFC delivery tonight, and was very disappointed by the whole experience. The website states that delivery normally takes 40 minutes, and in spite of the fact that I live down the street from the restaurant, and there is a $5 delivery fee (before tax), my order took a whopping 55 minutes. I ordered the chicken dippers and popcorn chicken with fries. The chicken was cold and tasteless, and I'm almost certain it was just frozen chicken warmed up. The fries were soggy and disgusting, I couldn't even eat them, and so I finished my meal still hungry. I would have called to complain, but by then it was after 9:30, and I just wanted to go to bed. I wouldn't recommend the Pickering KFC location, ever.
KFC is KFC is KFCThey've been around for decades with Colonel Sanders' famous recipe of eleven different herbs and spices.
I purchased a bucket of chicken from the Kingston and Liverpool location on Monday. I attempted to inform them that the chicken was old, dry, and bad, but no one answered the phone when I called KFC customer service. I am unsure of the level of customer service at this location. I do not recommend this place as it was a waste of my $32. I ended up throwing the food and cabbage away.
I recently visited a restaurant in Durham region that is definitely not your typical fast food joint. The food was terrible - it was red, disgusting, and even the homeless wouldn't eat it. This is by far the worst Fast Food area in the Durham region. I am embarrassed that I brought my grandchildren here, especially when my 7-year-old grandson spit out the food. This will be my last visit here. I believe all Fast Food restaurants in Durham should be shut down - McDonald's, Tim Hortons, KFC, Harvey's, Wendy's, all of them. The quality and service are at an all-time low. Owners, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
