Whenever I see the "be back in a few minutes" sign, it usually takes more than 30 minutes for someone to come back. It’s simply not worth the wait.

I’m not the brightest, but how long is "a few minutes" for a break? It felt closer to 40 minutes. That said, the food is delicious, so I’ve adjusted my rating accordingly.
