I just wish they had paper menus, as it can be difficult to see what's on the constantly changing big screen to place an order, especially with random images popping up. Honestly, dining at this restaurant is fine, but waiting 40 minutes for your order to be taken is not worth it. Most people seem to come here for the large portions of food, which are indeed generous and perfect for feeding a whole family. However, waiting 70 minutes to actually receive the food in the store is somewhat ridiculous. I could have ordered faster on Uber Eats while waiting in line at the restaurant. View all feedback.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible! They consistently get my order wrong, and when I call to correct it, they make me wait an extra 30 minutes before correcting it. I've ordered from them multiple times and it keeps getting worse. The kebabs are barely edible now. I was excited when this place first opened, but now I'm just disappointed. I've emailed and called them multiple times with no response. One time my order looked like it had been dropped multiple times before I received it.

Terrible! we have a contract for $75 and our whole food was burned, hard, terrible. Several times called to talk to the manager and was told to him that he would call back, but not, despite 5 calls to them. I would not recommend this place. Scarborough location is much better. we have been there for years and perhaps had 2 bad experiences where the aim of people at this place seems to serve people burned food. save her money and stay away from pickering kandahar.
Their lamb shank is super tender and tasty with kabli pulao. Chicken sardari and lamb chops are also very good. Their orange sauce adds perfect taste to the meats.Staff is friendly and courteous. We had minor mix up with the order and staff handled it very well. Very good ambiance especially for families. I’ll definitely come back again ?
