Contribute FeedbackJack Astor's restaurant experience evokes mixed feelings among patrons. While some guests praise the friendly service and delicious dishes like chicken tacos and Cajun salmon, many express dissatisfaction with the slow service and high noise levels, often feeling more like a club than a dining venue. Frequent issues include delays in receiving drinks and food, alongside erratic billing practices. Despite the promise of a lively atmosphere and tasty food, patrons are left questioning if the overall experience justifies the cost. For those seeking a blend of good food and enjoyable ambiance, alternative locations may be a more viable choice.
Our waitress was fantastic! The food was excellent as usual.
We visited the restaurant on the night of game 7 of the Stanley Cup playoffs between Toronto and Boston. Unfortunately, the staff did not allow the volume to be turned up for the game, so we decided to leave.
Nothing horrible , but the speed of service was quite slow , didn’t finish the food wasnt asked why. overall okay but lots of room for improvement
The food was great we had the chicken tacos. The service was ok and we got our food quick.
Good variety of food. Only negative is coffee was 3.99. Alot for something that probably cost 1.00
