It's not a fancy place. But at 2 in the morning, I'm not that concerned about how nice the place looks. All I care about is the food. Normally, I wouldn't rate a place this high just on nice food, but it was a bit of extra care the staff showed that made me want to give Flavors the highest rating. In my opinion, they deserve it. The restaurant had limited staff with only one server and one chef. The food was not very hot and they allowed Sheesha smoking inside the restaurant.
