I should point out that we have eaten their food many times and been generally thrilled with the quality. But we only ever order take-out. So I can't comment on the dine-in experience here.Never had a dish that wasn't 100% satisfactory. Appropriate for the cost. Just wish they'd put every take-out order in those black plastic containers with the tight snap-on lids. For some reason, they'll pick some dish in the order... View all feedback.

One of the male waiters spent too much time to float our table. It's great to have attentive service, but wait staff must be less visible so that guests don't feel uncomfortable as this guy did to us. Very disappointed...if you are out and pay $34 per AYCE and the 2 things you want most are sold out. I go there especially for these 2 articles and finding that they were not available was least disappointed. Will not b... View all feedback.
Had a mixed feast from here delivered last Saturday. The prices were good and the portions were excellent, the food arriving hot. I enjoyed everything I had, but couldn't escape the sense that it was really no better than anything I had previously had, and...the dishes were not dissimilar to eating at The Mandarin. Some of the dishes were excellent (General Tao Chicken, everything Teriyaki, Beef Negimaki beef wrapped around green onions in Teriyaki sauce) but the variety of rolls we got all tasted almost the same and were very average. Overall I enjoyed my dinner and would go back if other wanted to eat from there, but I fell there are better spots to order from.
During this unknown time in our society, it’s businesses owned by people in our own community, who we need to support and thank!! My family and I have been beyond impressed since the new owners took over in January of 2020. They have been thankful...for our supporting them and I’ve even found the food taste and amount has improved and increased. But it was today, April 15, 2020, when I ordered some food for lunch...they were so grateful for my order, I was given 15% off, and when I arrived to pick up my meal, the restaurant was clean and readied for customers coming in to pick up orders, with hand sanitizer and my food ready! When I arrived home and unpacked the food, I was surprised to find a note attached to one of my containers, which put a huge smile on my face! This is a business my family will continue to support through these hard times, and beyond! And I will definitely be telling others to order from here! Thank you Dragon Rolls for the smile today in these down in the dumps time for people!!! see pics below
We were told you either ALL eat off the menu or you ALL eat the All You Can Eat. I advised well I have food allergies and I will need an order to exclude some vegetables, and one of our parties, is elderly and can...only have a small portion, likely soup and would never eat enough to bother with the All you can eat. I asked why we cannot mix it up? Some people cheat I was told. Ok, so how will you deal with my allergy? The manager came over, told me the same thing, and when I asked how he will deal with allergies, he put his hands in the air, because he just didn't care. We left, and will never return.
Our second visit and our last. Very busy, very loud and we were not greeted properly upon entry. There was no greeting and rather curt service when we were finally acknowledged. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes after we had finalized our order and...had our drinks served. In all that time no one came to check on us and when we realized something had gone wrong, it was impossible to make eye contact with any server ... they all seemed to avoid dealing with the customer. I finally had to get up and to the the cash and point out that we had been waiting forever. That got things moving but we were told by the server that there had been a ' 'hardware failure ' ' and our order hadn 't even been placed. Good grief. And really, a ' 'hardware error ' '??? I told them to either bring me the bill for our drinks or get some food on the table quickly. Well we got our food quickly all right. It came out of the kitchen in a flurry, in complete disorder, some hot, some cold and some not served at all. Our server was apologetic and tried hard but this whole experience was unbelievable. The food was mediocre, the service bad and the hospitality non-existant. Very poorly managed and not worth it. Avoid this over-rated restaurant ... there are much better choices in the area.
We ordered a party platter and a couple of extra rolls for two. To our delight, the restaurant included a complimentary dessert with our order, which was a wonderful way to end our meal. The staff at this restaurant greets you with a warm welcome, which is very important to me as we are selective about where we dine. I don't mind traveling a bit farther because I now plan to get all my sushi cravings satisfied here.
