Cineplex Cinemas Pickering Vip

The prices are high for average tasting food, I was expecting more. The portions are small considering the high prices. I understand it's a fancy restaurant, but I expected better quality food and larger portions for the VIP service.

I went out for a night with my friends at a restaurant. We arrived for dinner 1.5 hours before our movie was scheduled to start. It took the server over 30 minutes to bring us our drinks, and our food arrived just 20 minutes before the movie was about to begin. We had to rush through our meal. Unfortunately, when we got to the theater and ordered drinks, the server accidentally spilled an entire 9oz glass of red wine on my friend's lap. She had to sit through the whole movie soaked in wine. The server apologized, but all she received was a new movie ticket for a regular showing. I will not be returning to spend over $200 there again.

High prices for mediocre food expected more Small Porsches for high prices I know it's the movies but expect a better food and portions for VIP service

I came in to have a ladies night with a couple of my friends. We came to sit down for dinner hours before the movie began. It took the server over minutes to even bring us our drinks and the food showed up minutes before our movie was about to start. We had to rush through our whole experience. Then, once we entered the theatre and ordered our drinks from the server she spilled the whole entire glass of red wine all over my friends lap. She had to sit through the entire movie soaked with red wine. The server did apologize to her and all she was compensated for was a new movie in the regular theatre. I would never come and spend over there again.

First time doing date night at the VIP was exceptional. The theater seats are leather, fully recline and heat up if you get cold! The lounge is also very enjoyable, we played two games of pool and grabbed food/drinks while waiting for our showtime. I will definitely be coming back soon
