The food and se... read more This restaurant is a fantastic spot for wings with an amazing variety of flavors to choose from. The nachos are the best I've ever had anywhere. The food and service are both fantastic. However, the atmosphere of the restaurant is a bit lacking and somewhat boring.

I recently discovered this place and have been very satisfied both times I went with friends. We will definitely be returning, as this may become our new go-to spot (the local pub in my neighborhood is too expensive).

I can easily get sick from glut... read more I was very hesitant to go out for dinner tonight because of my Celiac disease, which makes eating out a scary experience for me. I can easily get sick from gluten, so I always have to be careful. The menu only listed 2 gluten-free options, neither of which I wanted. However, our server, Hannah, informed me that they also had gluten-free buns for the burgers, gluten-free pasta, and pizza (which were not listed on the menu). I decided to order a bacon cheeseburger without the bun, and Hannah even made sure that they didn't put bacon on it because it was deep fried and could lead to cross contamination. I was impressed by both her knowledge and the kitchen's understanding of my dietary needs. The food was delicious, my husband enjoyed his meal, the prices were reasonable, and Hannah went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable eating there. I had a great experience with no negative reaction, so I would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone with Celiac disease.

First of all... read more We had our Wedding Reception at **** Pub Kitchen, Pickering Ontario. We have never wrote a review on line, but we just had to share our experience. First of all what a joy working with John Allen and his staff, not only was he very accommodating but made our day very personal. We took full advantage of using all the TV 'S (as it is a sports bar). We had pictures playing throughout the evening with not only pictures of us as a couple but all our friends and family that were at the reception. We also hired a Videographer to video our Ceremony and played it during desert, as we only had immediate family at our Ceremony. It was a special touch that John worked closely with our crew. Our guests arrived at 5:30 for finger foods consisting of deep fried pickles, mini meatballs and jalapeno potato poppers. We had so many compliments on how good they tasted. We arrived at 6:00 for our first dance and funny speaches. And then we all sat down to our first course which was a lovely fresh garden salad, the dressing was not only delicious but not too heavy. Our main course was a prime rib dinner, with roasted potatoes and seasonal veggies and the most tasty gravy... did I mention the towering yorkshire pudding. We had so many compliments not only on how delicious it was, but the portion size was huge. Dessert was a lovely citrus sorbet, as we were serving our Wedding Cake later. We had the entire place to ourselves with our DJ. The staff was attentive to all our guests and every detail screamed 'Wedding '. John even surprised us with candles and decoration of our wedding colors. But really impressed us was the late night snack table. It was beautifully presented out on the bar, it consisted of incredibly fresh Italian meats, chesses, pickles, olives artichoke hearts and yummy crackers and bread. Our guests left full and very satisfied. John let us do a tasting prior to the Wedding. All in all it was a very cost effective way of having the most beautiful reception Thanks John and all your staff for making our Wedding spectacular. We highly recommend **** for any occasion. From the house made balsamic vinaigrette, to the pepper corn gravy, smoked turkey and cranberry mayo on the club, and the in house smoked ribs. You’ll find a perfect steak here too. Daily specials are always amazing. There’s an attention to detail that’s unmatched... well it’s matched in Whitby at the **** at Taunton and Brock. It’s my go to place to meet friends.
