Was Veronika at Belaggios a mag?
I absolutely love this place! Even when you choose a small size, you have the option to mix different flavors, which is fantastic. I had the pistachio and hazelnut gelato, and it was simply delightful. I enjoyed discovering little pieces of nuts in every few bites, as they added a lovely texture. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back to try the tiramisu and Nutella flavors! View all feedback.
What Isabella dislikes about Belaggios:
I went to this restaurant mainly for the gelato, but I was let down by how it measured up to my previous experiences a few years ago. Although the prices are comparable to other gelato shops, I felt that it was overpriced for the quality provided. On a brighter note, the staff was extremely friendly. View all feedback.

The veal Sandwich is the best veal sandwich I have ever had! The homemade Gelato is outstanding you can’t beat the price!! Plus the staff is wonderful!
Great food , great service , nothing else to say . I always try and come up with and excuse to go to Pickering to go to this shop . Cheers
I had Belaggios arancini last week and they were fabulous. The best I've tasted in the GTA. They were fresh and tasted homemade. I've had arancini all over Italy and Sicily, and Belaggios are comparable. I'm going to have to place an order for Christmas! :
The food is great! The staff are friendly! Eggplant sandwich on whole wheat is my new favourite. Pistachio gelato rocks!

The customer experience was unsatisfactory. The elderly woman at the counter was quite condescending, even correcting my pronunciation of my order in an impolite way. I appreciate the experience, as it highlights the kind of treatment I frequently encounter as a person of color. Although the food was decent, I wish I could enjoy it without the uncomfortable undertones of racism.
We ordered pasta and a veal sandwich, and I must say, we were very pleased with both the service and the food. It's hard to find a good Italian restaurant in the east end, but if you’re looking for one, this is the place to go. They also serve gelato, which I'm looking forward to trying. Well done! I will definitely be returning as a regular customer.
The veal sandwich was a bit pricey, and I believe a side should be included at that cost. However, the food was quite tasty. We ended up spending over $65 for four veal sandwiches.
I visited the shop for gelato and was pleasantly surprised to discover rice balls as well! It’s a charming little place with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I do wish the gelato cups were slightly larger for the price, but the flavors were still excellent. We tried the cherry cheesecake and birthday cake gelato, and both were delicious. The rice balls came with a side of marinara sauce, which was also really tasty. Our total for two medium gelatos and two cheese rice balls was around $24.
